The clock tower erected in Dr Evershed’s honour is shown on the front page of this podcast and can be seen on the corner of Gipps St and Carp St in the centre of Bega.
As Peter Rogers told us a few weeks ago, the original workings of the clock can be seen in the foyer of the Bega Pioneers Museum.
